Celebrating Success at the 2024 Commercial Recognition Awards
What a night! Our Industrial Property Team was proud to attend the 2024 Commercial Recognition Awards, hosted by Columbus REALTORS® at The Event Center at Mitchell Hall. The evening was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and celebration—thanks in large part to emcee Carole Greenzalis, who kept the crowd entertained throughout the night.
We are thrilled to share that our team took home two major honors:

The Largest Industrial Lease award recognized our team’s work on a significant 263,219 square foot lease at 3495 Gantz Road in Grove City, Ohio. This deal reflects the continued demand for large-scale, well-located industrial space in Central Ohio, and we’re proud to have helped facilitate a transaction that will support business growth and job creation in the region.
These awards are a testament to the collaboration, strategy, and hard work that define our team’s approach to industrial real estate. We’re grateful to our clients and partners who made these deals possible and to our colleagues who continue to raise the bar across the industry.
It was also a banner night for our company, NAI Ohio Equities, which earned 9 awards across multiple categories. A special shoutout to:
