By 2025, F5 determined that the cost of occupancy was no longer aligned with their operational needs, prompting a strategic reassessment.

After an initial contract fell through, the team quickly relisted the building and facilitated another round of competitive bidding to secure a qualified buyer. Simultaneously, IPT began the search for a new facility that would better align with F5 Facilities’ operational and financial goals. Their coordinated efforts ensured that the sale of 4091 Venture Place and the lease execution for the new location were timed perfectly, allowing for a seamless transition without disruption to F5’s business operations.
Results
The Groveport property was successfully sold following a competitive process, and F5 Facilities secured a new facility in Central Ohio that significantly reduced their occupancy costs by 79%.
